Walking Meditation, Labyrinth Locator, and Labyrinth Artwork

Today is World Labyrinth Day. A labyrinth is a tool for walking meditation. The single path winds to the center and back out again. It is not a maze; movement is from the outside to the center and back by following a single path.

Creating labyrinths is one of my favorite practices.
