Oh, yes, Kathryn, and I feel those childhood memories are the best and the simplest: a footpath along a brook, a meadow, a lacquered yellow buttercup. Lying in the meadow, eye to eye with a green grasshopper who won't let themselves be captured between my cupped hands, a dare for both of us.
